Compensation: $150,000 – $165,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a high-growth series-C technology startup building an on-demand marketplace and workforce management platform to modernize the healthcare staffing industry.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace.
• Own major product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use data, marketplace signals, and user research to identify and solve high-value problems.
• Make strategic tradeoffs across conversion, retention, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to drive alignment.
• Apply AI and LLMs pragmatically to simplify user workflows and improve operational velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in startup, marketplace, SaaS, or scaled technology environments.
• Proven track record of owning product areas from discovery through launch.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to define clear problems, requirements, and tradeoffs.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate user behavior and marketplace health.
• Strong technical communication skills and ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify company).

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling two-sided or three-sided marketplaces.
• Background in healthcare, workforce, staffing, or regulated industries.
• Experience building products that serve both businesses and individual users.
• Experience using AI, LLMs, or workflow automation.
