What you will do

• Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build sourcing strategies, and align on priorities.
• Proactively source and manage a pipeline of active and passive technical talent.
• Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor while managing multiple searches.
• Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People and Finance teams to support hiring goals.

Requirements

• Must be located in California
• Proven track record of closing technical and product talent in high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting across engineering and Product Manager roles.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with technical leadership.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
• Ability to operate independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment.
