What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a high volume of non-exempt job openings.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of quality candidates.
• Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and business leadership to define talent requirements.
• Screen, assess, and counsel candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate formal consensus meetings and negotiate offers to close successful hires.
• Partner with cross-functional HR and business teams to ensure process efficiency and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (minimum 1 year required).
• Must be based in or able to work in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Hybrid).
• Proven ability to own relationships with hiring managers and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
