What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, and Supplier Quality.
• Build talent pipelines via industry networks, referrals, and niche communities beyond LinkedIn.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Assess and close high-impact candidates for business-critical operational roles.
• Maintain and scale human-centric recruiting workflows in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in supply chain, operations, or related business functions.
• Proven ability to map markets and source candidates through non-traditional channels.
• Strong skills in candidate assessment and closing.
• Experience working in scrappy, evolving environments (startup experience preferred).
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR).
