What you will do

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from req kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Source and screen candidates to build a high-quality pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously across technical and non-technical functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle independently.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for international roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar ATS platforms.
