What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting from aggressive sourcing to offer follow-ups.
• Proactively hunt and engage top-tier talent across academia and technical communities.
• Partner with engineering and research leads to translate technical roadmaps into search criteria.
• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience for every candidate with rapid response times.
• Utilize modern tools like Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize pipelines.
• Pivot sourcing tactics rapidly based on market signals and shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1–3+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or startup environment.
• Strong technical literacy and curiosity regarding frontier machine learning and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Extreme bias for action, organizational skills, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
