What you will do

• Own the segment strategy and P&L for RWE/HEOR, identifying investment opportunities to drive growth and account penetration.
• Prototype new product concepts using AI and low-code tools, partnering with Product and Engineering to ship solutions.
• Conduct business reviews to track revenue, competitive dynamics, and portfolio performance.
• Enable the Sales and Marketing teams by developing playbooks, value propositions, and deep segment expertise.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry forums and conferences.
• Collaborate with Research Consulting to support early customer implementations and gather structured feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in RWE/HEOR within life sciences, consulting, or healthcare data companies.
• Expert-level understanding of RWE/HEOR use cases, buyer personas, and market trends.
• Proven ability to build evidence-based strategies using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience operating as an integrative leader across Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Genuine curiosity and comfort with using AI tools to build prototypes and workflows.
