What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Lead product discovery efforts, including process analysis, workflow design, and feature validation.
• Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and maintain product backlogs while partnering with engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs and success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on customer value and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver customer-facing software solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile development practices and software delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar product management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare claims data, payment integrity, or benefits administration.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics platforms.
