Salary: $200,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer experience and ensure design coherence across multiple surfaces and channels.
• Partner with the Director of Product to shape the product roadmap and define the feel and flow of the user experience.
• Build, mentor, and develop a diverse team of product designers, fostering a culture of inclusion and career growth.
• Advance AI-native design practices to increase team velocity while maintaining high craft standards.
• Drive customer research and synthesis to inform design decisions with measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the design system function to deliver a unified product experience.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in product design, including 4+ years in a management role.
• Proven ability to oversee and produce UX deliverables like wireframes, customer journeys, and information design.
• Deep expertise in interface design, research, and rapid, research-informed iteration.
• Track record of designing world-class mobile experiences across native apps and responsive web.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States as hirify.global is an E-Verify employer.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing in fintech or other regulated, trust-critical domains.
• Experience designing for a global, multi-market, localized customer base.
