What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of new 0-1 products and iterate on existing features from discovery through launch.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering as a thought leader to shape strategy and drive execution.
• Translate complex business, regulatory, and domain constraints into intuitive user experiences.
• Navigate tradeoffs between user needs, AI/ML capabilities, and technical feasibility.
• Influence direction and decision-making using research insights, data, and design frameworks.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and shared patterns to support scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital product design, specifically for B2B enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience designing data-driven or machine learning products.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives in ambiguous, business-critical environments.
• Must be based in the US; company is open to sponsoring candidates with transferable US visas.
