Lead Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote-eligible options available, or onsite in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT.

Salary: $140,800 - $198,800 (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Lead design strategy and execution for key product areas from discovery through delivery with high autonomy.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to frame problems and ship high-quality experiences.
• Elevate design quality by establishing strong patterns and contributing to the company design system.
• Design AI-powered and automation-assisted experiences, including interaction models and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers to grow the broader design organization's craft.
• Refine experiences post-launch using qualitative and quantitative signals from users and analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and complex workflow management.
• Proven track record of influencing product strategy and shaping roadmaps.
• Experience designing for B2B or fintech products involving financial data and professional end-users.
• Expertise in AI product design patterns, including prompt-driven interactions and feedback loops.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
