Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS): Building and operating the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power the revenue engine with an accent on GTM forecasting and Salesforce administration. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or New York City. In-office presence required Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional flexible day.
Salary: $165K – $195K + Equity

What you will do
- Own GTM forecasting, reporting, and operational planning in partnership with Sales and Finance to improve business visibility.
- Design and optimize systems and workflows as the primary owner of Salesforce and the broader revenue technology stack.
- Build scalable operational programs for commissions, CPQ, territory management, and lead routing.
- Analyze revenue performance and pipeline health to identify opportunities and inform strategic executive decisions.
- Create enablement resources, documentation, and training to ensure consistent process adoption as the company scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Deep experience administering Salesforce and designing scalable GTM processes and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills for building forecasts and dashboards that influence decision-making.
- Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.

- Experience implementing or managing CPQ, commissions, territory planning, or lead routing systems.
