Salary: $90,000 – $160,000/year

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, and subscription management.
- Build and maintain real-time revenue dashboards to provide visibility into usage, churn, and expansion.
- Oversee procurement, vendor operations, and contract renewals to optimize startup spend.
- Maintain operational compliance for SOC 2 and GDPR frameworks.
- Support enterprise deal operations by managing security reviews and custom billing arrangements.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using AI tools like Claude and n8n.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue, billing, or growth operations at a SaaS or usage-based company.
- Proven ability to build dashboards from raw data without relying on a dedicated data team.
- Hands-on experience maintaining compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or GDPR.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to manage billing complexity at scale.
- Daily proficiency with AI tools to multiply output and automate workflows.
- Must be based in the Americas (UTC-3 to UTC-10) or able to work from San Francisco.
