TL;DR

Focus on optimizing retention, reducing churn, and building scalable systems to support mid-market business growth.

Location: Hybrid (Denver or Oakland, US) - 2 days per week in office

What you will do

  • Partner with the VP of Commercial Expansion to translate business goals into clear operating plans and revenue targets.
  • Identify business challenges through data analysis and stakeholder interviews to devise practical solutions.
  • Lead operational cadences, including pipeline inspections and forecast calls, to ensure accountability.
  • Design requirements for post-sales systems, such as forecasting and customer success platforms.
  • Utilize AI, LLMs, and product telemetry data to drive revenue and reduce customer churn.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Product leaders to ensure resource availability for the expansion business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or GTM operations, with at least 2 years supporting post-sales or expansion.
  • Experience supporting commercial or mid-market sales organizations within a SaaS company.
  • Fluency in SaaS expansion and retention metrics (NRR, GDR, expansion ARR, cohort analysis).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and advanced Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Must be based in Denver or Oakland and able to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office per week).

Nice to have

  • SQL experience sufficient to pull and validate GTM data independently.
  • Experience using product usage data to inform churn risk and prioritization.
