TL;DR

Technology Recruiter (Fintech): Managing full-cycle recruitment for Technology and Product departments with an accent on candidate pipelining and sourcing in the financial services sector. Focus on executing high-volume requisitions, collaborating with hiring managers, and optimizing the onboarding experience.

Location: New York, NY. Must be based in New York; hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)

Salary: $35.00–$55.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial intake with hiring managers through to the offer close.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions and candidate applications using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Generate robust talent pipelines through creative sourcing, industry networking, and diversity-focused initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and department heads to define and understand technical team needs.
  • Develop and track recruiting metrics to ensure transparency and data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a top-class onboarding experience for all new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
  • Experience within the financial services and/or fintech industry.
  • Proven experience recruiting across the tech spectrum: Fullstack, Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data Science, and Quant.
  • Ability to effectively assess resumes and conduct screening calls.
  • Must be located in New York for the required hybrid office attendance (Mon-Thu).
