Technology Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office work Monday–Thursday with remote work on Friday

Salary: $35.00–$55.00 per hour; contractor role not eligible for benefits.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake with hiring managers through offer close.
• Manage high-volume requisitions and candidate applications in Greenhouse.
• Source candidates through postings, networking, industry organizations, and other channels while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Review resumes, conduct screening calls, qualify candidates, and recommend profiles to hiring managers.
• Partner with technology, product, HR, and department leaders to understand hiring needs and support onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate HR data, and recommend improvements to talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related business field.
• 6+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience with technology recruiting across full-stack, frontend, backend, DevOps, corporate technology, product, data science, and quantitative roles.
• Experience assessing resumes, conducting screening calls, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Financial services or fintech recruiting experience is required as relevant industry exposure; intern hiring experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage recruiting processes accurately.
