TL;DR

Business Recruiter (SaaS): Managing full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing organizations with an accent on sourcing strategy, funnel performance, and stakeholder partnership. Location: Hybrid, Austin, TX. This role is US-based.

Salary: $125,600 - $145,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level roles across Sales and Marketing.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to generate qualified, diverse pipelines.
  • Conduct structured interviews and lead calibrated debriefs to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a talent advisor to shape role scoping and influence hiring strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse and provide data-informed recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and improve workflows and tools to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Sales, Revenue, or Marketing in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to operate with low oversight and manage complexity in high-growth environments.
  • Strong data fluency with experience monitoring funnel health and diagnosing issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and Gem with high data hygiene standards.
  • Demonstrated capability in AI and process efficiency to improve recruiting output.
  • Must be based in the US or able to work within US-based operations.
