What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and business-critical roles across GTM and supporting functions.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders, advising on hiring strategy and market dynamics.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage exceptional talent from high-growth tech and fintech environments.
- Develop deep market maps for priority searches and maintain high-performing referral-driven pipelines.
- Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and refine recruiting strategies in real time.
- Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team by raising the bar for sourcing and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered technology companies.
- Proven success hiring across GTM and supporting functions like Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Compliance.
- Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and senior-level closing.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- AI fluency: ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows and solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
