Content and Communications Leader (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $220,000–$285,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the company narrative, messaging, and content strategy.
• Build a B2B content and communications organization positioning hirify.global as a high-tech industrial company and category leader.
• Develop campaign narratives for ideal customer profiles, including digital and out-of-home media.
• Create customer stories, articles, blogs, and other content for enterprise audiences.
• Lead communications around company milestones, product innovation, customer momentum, partnerships, and announcements.
• Develop founder thought leadership through executive content, speaking opportunities, media engagements, podcasts, and industry events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, AI, automation, or a related industry.
• Proven experience building and leading Content, Communications, or Marketing functions.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to make complex technology accessible.
• Experience developing company narratives and positioning technology companies for enterprise audiences.
• Experience working directly with founders and executives on thought leadership and executive communications.
• Strong understanding of B2B audiences and enterprise technology buying environments.

• Experience at a high-growth startup or category-defining technology company.
• Background in AI, robotics, industrial technology, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise automation.
• Strong media relationships and experience generating PR, podcast, speaking, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Experience launching a company or product into a new category.
• Experience building and managing a high-performing communications or content team.
