Senior Communications Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid workplace

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 annual target cash compensation, including fixed salary and a performance-based bonus paid monthly. Stock options are also included, subject to board approval.

What you will do

• Own and activate external narratives covering company leadership, partnerships, customers, product innovation, and industry trends.
• Build executive thought leadership programs across LinkedIn, public relations, bylines, interviews, and ghostwritten content.
• Develop relationships with trade and top-tier journalists, manage media inquiries, and secure high-quality coverage.
• Prepare executives for interviews, presentations, talking points, and external spokesperson responsibilities.
• Write press releases, executive commentary, and external communications supporting product launches, reports, awards, and speaking opportunities.
• Track media placements, brand mentions, and share of voice to refine communications strategy.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in public relations and communications, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
• Proven success building and executing executive thought leadership programs.
• Strong record of securing consistent, high-quality media coverage.
• Experience owning communications strategy from narrative development through execution.
• Excellent storytelling, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
