What you will do

• Maintain and update project schedules using Gantt charts and project management software.
• Monitor client document control systems for project inquiries, deliverables, and status changes.
• Track and report on design progress, billing status, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather status updates and resolve scheduling or documentation issues.
• Prepare and distribute project reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with finance and procurement teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in San Diego, CA.
• Experience in project scheduling and document control.
• Proficiency in project management software and Gantt chart tools.
