What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including generation, support, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between fleet engineering, data center technicians, and external vendors.
• Analyze ticket data trends to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Generate and maintain detailed infrastructure metrics and client-facing reports.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess effectiveness and ensure continuous optimization.
• Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• 3-5 years of experience in physical IT infrastructure, data center operations, or RMA processes.
• Proven experience developing and managing ticket-based workflows.
• Strong background in vendor management and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
