What you will do

• Track budgets, forecasts, and invoices while identifying project risks.
• Standardize cost, schedule, and risk tracking methodologies across projects.
• Prepare financial and risk updates for project leadership.
• Review contractor agreements and identify budget gaps during preconstruction.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to resolve project issues.
• Link cost and schedule data for integrated reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cost tracking, change orders, and risk fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Earned Value or resource-based data.
• Background in data center, manufacturing, or complex commissioning projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating project changes or claims.
• Prior experience in a project controls or cost management team environment.
• Exposure to multi-stakeholder or multi-project programs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems.
