Senior Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for hyperscale and enterprise data center clients.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes for complex builds.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall communication strategy.
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Oversee project schedules and drive accountability across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives for mission-critical environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically within data centers or critical environments.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle delivery.
• Deep understanding of complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and workflows.
• Ability to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.
