TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving acquisition revenue by managing the full sales cycle for U.S. high schools and middle schools with an accent on consultative selling via phone and online demos. Focus on building relationships with athletic directors and coaches to demonstrate the value of video analysis across various sports.
Location: Must be based in or relocate to Lincoln or Omaha, NE. This role requires three days per week in the Lincoln, NE office.
Compensation: OTE $70,000–$80,000 (Base $35,000–$40,000)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for net new business within the high school and middle school market.
- Conduct high-volume outreach, phone calls, and online product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to identify their specific needs.
- Manage territory planning and prospect engagement to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer personas across multiple sports verticals.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lincoln or Omaha, NE.
- Ability to work from the Lincoln, NE office three days per week.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales, customer success, or business development experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Resilience, competitive drive, and a strong work ethic.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS products.
- Background as an athlete, coach, or administrator in club or high school sports.
- Prior experience using Salesforce CRM.
