TL;DR

Account Development Representative (AdTech): Developing and strengthening client relationships by advising on pricing and feasibility for media measurement projects, and selling these projects. Focus on effectively partnering with clients to resolve project needs and collaborating with sales teams to execute account planning and strategies.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annual base salary with $15,000–$25,000 on target annual commission.

What you will do

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients by advising them on pricing and feasibility for media measurement projects.
  • Become familiar with hirify.global proprietary software and the research technology industry to sell media measurement projects.
  • Effectively partner with clients to resolve their project needs via e-mail, phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Account Managers to help execute account planning and strategies.
  • Document interactions with clients, log opportunities, and assist in maintaining the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Travel within the territory to clients, prospects, industry conferences, and regional offices when permitted.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management or similar client-facing experience in the Media or Advertising space (e.g., Agencies, Publishers, Platforms, or Ad Tech brands).
  • Understanding and curiosity for how advertising is measured and optimized.
  • Tech-savvy and forward-thinking.
  • Collaborative teammate that enjoys working with a diverse collection of colleagues and partners.
  • Excitement for prospecting, outreach, and developing client-focused solutions.
  • English: B2 required.
