Account Executive (SaaS)

Location: 100% Remote within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 USD yearly + commission

What you will do

• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to contract closure.
• Perform product demonstrations for high-level clients on Business Management Solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas.
• Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to optimize solution positioning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with external stakeholders and internal departments.
• Manage high-velocity and high-complexity deals within a Mid-Market environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct Software Sales experience.
• Spanish language proficiency is a requirement.
• Proven track record of generating, nurturing, and converting new business leads.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and delivering software demonstrations.
• Experience selling solution-based offerings requiring deep discovery and executive alignment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
