Product Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Morpho Vaults across the application and protocol layers.
• Own the overall vault strategy, collaborating with engineering, partnerships, legal, and GTM teams.
• Build and manage a customer research program targeting trading desks, institutional clients, and curators.
• Execute a strategy for external vault providers to grow relationships and shared dealflow.
• Partner with the protocol team to identify research goals for the next generation of the vault protocol.
• Navigate legal and regulatory complexities to ensure the robustness of vault products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Deep experience in finance and/or crypto, specifically building DeFi products or a strong traditional finance background with crypto exposure.
• Ability to operate across the full stack, from consumer UX to protocol-level design.
• Comfort managing legal and regulatory complexity in financial products.
• Experience operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts with strong autonomy.
• Remote location within GMT -5h to +2h or based in Paris.
