What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for stablecoin initiatives and related crypto experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and prioritization through launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with infrastructure providers and external ecosystem participants to unlock new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Translate complex technical architecture and constraints into simple, impactful customer experiences.
• Own key business outcomes, measuring impact and communicating results to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and launching successful products at scale, specifically within crypto or blockchain.
• Experience owning a significant strategic initiative from vision creation through to measurable outcomes.
• Strong background leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on system architecture.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and guide product decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
