Salary: $168,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Lead the development of product features and experiences to increase user activation and engagement.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics.
• Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30-day user experience.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to align with business goals.
• Own the overall product quality and delivery of best-in-class experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record from ideation to launch.
• Experience with retail-focused products.
• Proficiency in design collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Must be based in New York City for the required hybrid office attendance.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or retail banking.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, exchanges, or trading platforms.
