Lead Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: New York, New York; Miami, Florida; or remote in the United States. All employees must onboard in person at one of the US office locations. US hub offices use a hybrid work approach, while employees living away from a hub may work remotely.

Base salary: $168,000–$240,000 annually in New York, California, and Washington, excluding discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap focused on improving growth metrics.
• Design and run data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 days of the user experience.
• Develop tailored strategies for user segments to encourage adoption of key features and products, reduce churn, and attract new and existing users.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, analytics, and design teams to align priorities and communicate product vision.
• Own product quality and contribute directly to delivering best-in-class products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including taking products from ideation through launch.
• Experience with retail-focused products.
• Experience collaborating with design teams, conducting usability testing, and gathering user analytics.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to take a hands-on role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries, fintech, cryptocurrency, or retail banking.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Experience with exchanges, trading platforms, or other financial technology.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
