Location: Must be based in the US
Salary: $164k–$226k

What you will do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for first-party DeFi products.
- Manage product lines from discovery through launch, iteration, and scaled adoption.
- Define and track core product metrics including liquidity depth, volume, and user retention.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to translate market needs into clear requirements.
- Partner with business development, legal, and marketing to bring products to market effectively.
- Build relationships with DeFi protocols, market makers, and institutional users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or trading.
- Strong technical background with the ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of financial concepts including liquidity, risk, and user incentives.
- Fluency in DeFi and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical instincts and experience building product operating rhythms.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as the role is restricted to US-based employees.
Nice to have
- Experience building exchanges, order books, or prediction markets.
- Familiarity with Sui, Move, or object-based blockchain architectures.
- Experience working with market makers, liquidity providers, or institutional counterparties.
- Background in launching products in regulated financial categories.
