What you will do

• Manage the product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities and generate clarity.
• Frame complex problems and explain the "why" to designers and engineers to guide solution development.
• Conduct user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to provide evidence-based problem framing.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to devise and select appropriate technical solutions.
• Drive decision-making and project progress using an asynchronous, documentation-first approach.
• Analyze and report on the impact of shipped features to understand what is working.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or PM.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager within growth-stage startup environments.
• Strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering managers.
• Outstanding written communication skills, suitable for a low-meeting, high-documentation culture.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and make decisive calls with incomplete information.
• Must be located within the Americas.
