What you will do

• Own the detailed prioritization of the product roadmap, balancing new feature development with technical debt.
• Drive complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies to ensure swift execution and high quality.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including success metrics and data-driven iterations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to drive product development processes.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute strategic insights that impact company direction and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong empathy, adaptability, and a detail-oriented, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to complete a mandatory in-person onboarding process.

Nice to have

• Experience building financial or crypto products.
• Experience building 0 to 1 products for financial institutions.
• Background in Core or Foundation teams within B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
