Principal Product Manager (Stablecoins)

Location: Remote, USA. Remote work is also available from company hubs in New York City or Berlin.

What you will do

• Own a core product area from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Define product direction, requirements, success metrics, prioritization, and build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners and translate their needs into actionable requirements.
• Partner with engineering on technical trade-offs, architecture discussions, sequencing, and scope.
• Launch products in regulated and supervised environments while managing compliance, licensing, risk, and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate with design, sales, partnerships, and go-to-market teams on customer rollouts and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial outcomes, including scaling product revenue and market impact.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to participate in architectural discussions without writing code.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with product metrics and data-driven prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including specifications, strategy memos, customer updates, and launch narratives.
• Genuine curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in complex domains.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, financial services, or regulated and supervised environments.
• Experience building networks, marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, or developer ecosystems.
• Experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenization, developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs for technical users.
