What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
• Translate the needs of builders, issuers, and institutional partners into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with engineering on technical trade-offs regarding smart contracts, compliance, and security.
• Define and monitor success metrics to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM, partnerships, and BD to align product launches with ecosystem growth.
• Write detailed specifications, strategy memos, and launch narratives to align internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping technical products to developer, fintech, or infrastructure audiences.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to contribute to architectural discussions.
• Proven track record of owning products end-to-end, including discovery and post-launch iteration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex systems.
• Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data.
• Must be based in the USA (or available to work from NYC or Berlin hubs).

Nice to have

• Experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or payment infrastructure.
• Experience building developer tools, SDKs, or APIs for technical users.
• Background at a crypto-native company or early-stage fintech startup.
• Familiarity with EVM-based protocols or onchain systems.
