What you will do

• Own end-to-end project execution from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project schedules, resources, logistics, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead internal and customer-facing meetings, site calls, and field coordination.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader for project stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, bid activities, and pipeline tracking for commercial growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in data centers, industrial services, or construction.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for site visits and project reviews.
• Strong leadership, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
