What you will do

• Lead key initiatives within the AI portfolio, serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the AI Engineering team.
• Own overall project health, including budget, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive Agile execution by leading ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is clear, prioritized, and ready for execution.
• Bridge executive leadership and engineering teams through strategic insights and status reporting.
• Proactively identify risks and develop comprehensive mitigation and contingency plans.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Project Management and Technical Program Management within technology organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both business and technical audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warren, NJ (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe.
• Experience managing projects involving AI, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
