Salary: $80,400 – $115,600

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closing, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Serve as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations, communications, and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams including engineering, CAD, and programming, as well as external subcontractors.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues and solutions.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material budgets while ensuring timely and accurate client billing.
• Facilitate design reviews, system programming, and final checkout to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Pennsylvania area and possess a valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in audio/video systems or commercial construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and interpersonal conflicts.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical projects and AV system installations.
• Ability to travel locally to job sites (70-90% of the time) and occasionally by air.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
