Behavioral Health Group (BHG) operates Joint Commission-accredited treatment centers and provides opioid addiction treatment services.

What you will do

  • Supervise the administrative support team and support daily center operations under the Program Director’s guidance.
  • Validate patient identification and monetary status; collect, account for, and deposit patient payments.
  • Perform daily accounting duties using computer programs and maintain accurate patient fee collection and financial records.
  • Assist patients with insurance forms; support patient intake and discharge processes; maintain patient charts and compliance tracking.
  • Manage office supplies and reception duties; schedule patient appointments with medical staff and develop work schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards; participate in staff meetings and training; maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of general office experience, including one year as an office manager.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Basic accounting and data entry proficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and information release protocols; ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
