Salary: $61,000 - $91,000 per year (base pay)

What you will do
- Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth teams to develop and drive distribution and generate partner premium.
- Manage a portfolio of emerging and lower-volume partners, building relationships, identifying growth potential, and ensuring consistent performance.
- Support Business Development Managers in driving production and improving partner onboarding and management processes.
- Provide pipeline support by researching target markets, potential partners, and competitive intelligence.
- Establish, track, and report KPIs while meeting or exceeding goals; maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot.
- Conduct high-volume outreach, run discovery meetings, and support in-market events with partner materials and logistics (including ~10–15% travel).
Requirements
- 3+ years in a fast-paced sales role.
- Experience onboarding and guiding new customers to realize and repeat value.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to discuss technical and business topics.
- Strong phone and video skills with professionalism under pressure.
- Experience with disciplined execution of challenging opportunities that lead to results.
- Work schedule alignment: flexibility to align with core Eastern Time business hours.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with Metabase (or similar) to pull, review, and analyze data.
