Focus on optimizing prospecting, tracking, and account management using sales tools, streamlining sales processes, and building multi-threaded relationships with key decision-makers.

Location: Remote (Work From Anywhere). This role is associated with the United Kingdom, specifically London-based operations, as part of a globally distributed, remote-first team.

Salary: £40K–£55K + commission + equity

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategies for targeting enterprise accounts and execute tailored outreach, including social selling on LinkedIn.
  • Confidently overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel, supporting a sales team of almost 20 AEs with high-quality, qualified leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to optimize prospecting, tracking, and account management.
  • Identify key accounts for events, proactively reaching out to schedule meetings, and attending select conferences for in-person networking.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to streamline and optimize sales processes through automation and a process-driven outbound motion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an enterprise BDR role, preferably within the fraud, risk, or compliance space, or in consulting or financial investment.
  • Strong work ethic and discipline, with a demonstrated history of exceeding quota.
  • Proficiency in outbound sales processes and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and process-oriented.
  • Creative problem-solver with excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel (10–20%) for conferences and industry events.
