TL;DR

Account Executive (B2B Sales): Own consultative closing across the late stages of the sales pipeline, drive quarterly revenue growth, and manage customer pipeline forecasting with an accent on CRM-driven pipeline hygiene and consultative ROI conversations. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships through the buying journey while coordinating with SDR, Customer Success, and Business Operations to refine go-to-market strategy.

Location: Pasadena, CA

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base; OTE $130,000 - $200,000

What you will do

  • Own the final stages of the sales pipeline using a consultative close process.
  • Partner with SDRs to maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and support early-stage efforts when needed.
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Proactively manage and update a customer pipeline with leadership forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Business Operations to refine go-to-market strategies and share insights.
  • Build strong prospect relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B Account Executive experience (preferably SMB or mid-market).
  • Proven quota attainment of 90–100%+ for multiple quarters.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, translating business problems into ROI conversations.
  • Experience managing deals in a CRM with disciplined pipeline hygiene (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Comfort running virtual demos and presenting to business owners, managers, and finance leaders.
  • Willingness to travel about once per quarter (may vary by team and customer events).

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • Exposure to veterinary, healthcare, or med-spa verticals.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with SDRs and CSMs in a pod/territory model.
  • Familiarity with interchange-plus or payment processing fee structures.
  • Field experience (onsite meetings, conferences, trade shows) and prior startup/growth-stage experience.
