What you will do
- Develop and close new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Leverage professional networks to generate warm introductions and strategic partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
- Shape the healthcare go-to-market strategy and market positioning.
- Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to align client needs with talent strategies.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and executive meetings.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of experience in healthcare business development, executive search, or commercial leadership.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven success in developing and closing enterprise or strategic healthcare accounts.
- Deep network of healthcare founders, executives, or talent leaders.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare technology and care delivery landscape.
- Exceptional communication and executive relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health or venture-backed startups.
- Background in private equity-backed healthcare organizations.
- Existing relationships across behavioral health, ambulatory care, or health systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and CRM platforms.
