Compensation: $200,000–$400,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and close new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Leverage professional networks to generate warm introductions and strategic partnerships.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Shape the healthcare go-to-market strategy and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to align client needs with talent strategies.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and executive meetings.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in healthcare business development, executive search, or commercial leadership.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven success in developing and closing enterprise or strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Deep network of healthcare founders, executives, or talent leaders.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare technology and care delivery landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and executive relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital health or venture-backed startups.
  • Background in private equity-backed healthcare organizations.
  • Existing relationships across behavioral health, ambulatory care, or health systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and CRM platforms.
