Partner Sales Representative (Sales): Managing the full-cycle sales process for new partner acquisitions with an accent on high-volume outbound outreach and relationship building. Location: Must be based in or near Houston, TX, with a requirement to work from the Houston office at least 3 days per week.
Compensation: Estimated On-Target-Earnings (OTE) of $70,000 - $75,000+.

What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 50+ cold calls per day and targeted digital engagement.
- Prospect and qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers within target businesses.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and contract negotiation to final closing.
- Conduct engaging virtual and phone presentations to articulate the value proposition to business owners.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs within CRM systems like Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in outbound customer contact (cold calling, telemarketing, or similar sales roles).
- Must be based in the US and able to commute to the Houston office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for persuasive presentations and email outreach.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Tenacious attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
