Vice President, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Leading the strategic and operational direction of the commercial organization with an accent on scaling the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Focus on designing scalable operating models, leveraging AI and automation to drive growth, and providing executive leadership with data-driven insights for complex enterprise sales motions.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).
Salary: $200,000–$225,000

What you will do
- Own the Revenue Operations strategy and operating cadence across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Operations.
- Lead annual Go-to-Market planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
- Build and optimize commercial infrastructure, including deal desk operations, pricing governance, and approval workflows.
- Develop and scale Customer Success Operations to maximize customer lifetime value and retention.
- Architect the GTM technology ecosystem, integrating AI and automation to improve organizational productivity.
- Establish enterprise-wide data governance and business intelligence standards for executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and influence organizational direction.
- Deep experience implementing sales technology, methodologies, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong business acumen in annual planning, organizational design, and executive decision support.
- Experience within the Healthcare or Government market is highly preferred.
