What you will do

• Translate strategy and research into actionable requirements using the jobs-to-be-done framework to prioritize GovCon workflows.
• Lead AI-assisted product development through multi-agent workflows, rapid iteration, and fusion delivery models.
• Develop and drive a forward-looking roadmap for AI-first GovCon ERP capabilities to strengthen market leadership.
• Define success metrics, evaluation approaches, and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences.
• Track competitive and market developments in GovCon to inform roadmap and positioning decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure launch readiness and post-launch learning and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience.
• 3+ years of Government Contracting (GovCon) industry experience or deep experience building software for GovCon customers.
• Experience designing agentic workflows, LLM-powered experiences, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Strong technical aptitude in system architecture, data models, and information retrieval methods.
• Ability to use analytics and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure business impact.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in builder-led environments prioritizing speed, experimentation, and customer outcomes.
• Proficiency with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Glean).
• Experience building B2B ERP, Accounting, or other system-of-record software.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations for GovCon environments.
• Experience with collaborative document workflows or integrating embedded payment solutions.
