What you will do
- Build and lead the product operations function, including strategic planning, OKR design, and executive reporting for the CPO organization.
- Define and execute the long-term pricing architecture, covering consumption tiers, edition structures, and channel economics.
- Lead end-to-end AI monetization strategy, designing commercial models for AI features from beta to wide release.
- Drive NRR improvement and ARR growth through annual price increase programs and willingness-to-pay (WTP) research.
- Develop the commercial architecture for embedded payments and fintech adjacencies.
- Collaborate with the CPO and Vista Value Creation team to shape multi-year commercial product strategy and marketplace monetization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product management, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes such as NRR improvement, ARR acceleration, or valuation expansion.
- Deep expertise in SaaS commercial architecture, including consumption-based and usage-based models.
- Experience operating at the executive level, presenting to C-suite, boards, and PE sponsors.
- Strong command of quantitative pricing methods like conjoint analysis and price elasticity modeling.
- Experience with PE-backed, high-growth software environments (e.g., Vista, Thoma Bravo) is a strong plus.
