What you will do

• Assist in developing and documenting job description requirements and conducting internal/external job content evaluations.
• Compile and analyze market-based compensation data to determine salaries and support annual compensation budgeting.
• Participate in third-party compensation surveys and maintain the accuracy of market data databases.
• Collaborate with the HR Service Center to process off-cycle, market equity, and internal compression pay adjustments.
• Support organizational special projects, including Merger, Divestiture, and Acquisition (MD&A) activities.
• Ensure adherence to Federal, State, and local laws and regulations regarding compensation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to three years of related work experience, preferably with job evaluation and market analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Workday and MarketPay is preferred.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive data.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
