What you will do

• Administer health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollment and eligibility.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and claims.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
• Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and monitor service levels.
• Benchmark benefits against industry standards and recommend program enhancements.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain and optimize benefits systems and tools.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis.
• Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
