What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of compensation cycles including merit, equity, and bonus programs.
- Partner with Finance and People Business Partners to manage budgets and ensure coherent employee experiences.
- Conduct annual market analysis and translate findings into actionable program design recommendations.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and enablement content to improve compensation literacy and process efficiency.
- Actively integrate AI tools to streamline data analysis, research, and communication tasks.
- Monitor industry trends and evolve compensation philosophy to support business scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of compensation experience in a business-facing or cross-functional role.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen with experience building models and interpreting budget data.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite or Excel.
- Must be based in Canada for this remote role.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex mechanics into plain language.
