What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of compensation cycles including merit, equity, and bonus programs.
• Partner with Finance and People Business Partners to manage budgets and ensure coherent employee experiences.
• Conduct annual market analysis and translate findings into actionable program design recommendations.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and enablement content to improve compensation literacy and process efficiency.
• Actively integrate AI tools to streamline data analysis, research, and communication tasks.
• Monitor industry trends and evolve compensation philosophy to support business scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of compensation experience in a business-facing or cross-functional role.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under pressure.
• Strong financial acumen with experience building models and interpreting budget data.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite or Excel.
• Must be based in Canada for this remote role.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex mechanics into plain language.
