Salary: $118,500 - $189,500

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end executive compensation administration processes including offer generation and onboarding.
• Conduct market research and salary surveys to inform compensation decisions for executive roles.
• Develop communication materials to articulate compensation philosophy and strategy to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to track and report on short-term incentive plan metrics.
• Prepare materials for Executive and Compensation Committee approval and support annual Proxy preparation.
• Partner with external vendors and consultants to manage projects, contracts, and statements of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in executive compensation, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and sophisticated formulas.
• Proven ability to work independently with high levels of confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, writing, and influencing skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Plantation, FL.
