Salary: $170,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Lead executive oversight and financial performance (P&L) for large federal program portfolios, including forecasting and staffing strategy.
• Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for senior government stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Security to execute customer outcomes.
• Drive strategic planning, risk management, and contractual compliance across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Mentor and manage delivery leaders, including Program and Delivery Managers, fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Partner with Growth leadership to identify follow-on opportunities, recompetes, and new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressively responsible program or portfolio management experience.
• 7+ years leading technology service delivery programs within the federal government or government contracting environment.
• Proven experience owning program P&L, including forecasting, utilization, and operational planning.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software delivery methodologies and modern digital services practices.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting agencies such as NASA, GSA, FDIC, HHS, Library of Congress, OPM, or DHS.
• Experience managing programs exceeding $20M in annual contract value.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or ITIL leadership certifications.
• Experience with cloud modernization, DevSecOps, AI-enabled delivery, or human-centered design.
